We pair high-potential, low-income students with dedicated one-on-one mentors through our exclusive academic fellowship program. Grounded in the belief that students with big dreams deserve targeted support, we recruit passionate individuals to inspire, guide, and hold our scholars accountable as they navigate their path to college success.
Our ideal mentor is a local, experienced individual who shares our mission to expand minds and ignite potential. The most impactful mentors serve as consistent role models and trusted allies, building relationships rooted in mutual respect, goal-setting, and personal growth. We value mentors who are patient, open-minded, and great listeners—those who are committed to supporting our students through every step of their journey.
