HERE ARE 4 WAYS YOU CAN ANSWER THE CALL TO SERVE:
-
BECOME A MENTOR
Are you ready to be a part of the change? Do you desire a more equitable world? Our Career Coach Mentors fill a necessary role and make a huge impact on the life of a student. We pair highly motivated and often overlooked students with local professionals who have already trudged their own college and career path. This ongoing relationship provides the one-on-one foundation of support that is essential to the success of our students in their pursuit of higher education.
-
HOST AN INTERN
Do you have a lagging project that needs a fresh perspective? Does your team need a company culture shift and office morale recharge? When employees work with a youth, 73% report better career satisfaction. Have a student join your team for 10-weeks to offer a hands-on job shadowing experience to a motivated, prepared, and capable student. Hosting a student intern could be just the thing you need to accomplish your company goals or elevate your work routine.
-
JOIN A COMMITTEE
Are you interested in supporting our non-profit on a deeper level? Do you have a select skill that could help our team launch? We offer several ways to use your talents to support our education equity goals. Our committee volunteers are dynamic professionals providing the necessary support for our grassroots mission and rounding out our small-but-mighty team. We have our Governance Committee, Outreach Committee, Finance Committee, and our ASK Team. All committees are all looking for more volunteers who are committed to our success and helping promote our cause.
-
VOLUNTEER WITH US
Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you want to help high-achieving, underrepresented students reach their full potential? Path to College offers a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Our volunteers play a vital role in supporting students as they build confidence, gain new skills, and explore their future pathways. It's a powerful way to give back while supporting our community of driven and talented scholars.
