Who were your mentors?  How do you make an impact in your community? what personal development tools have you used that have made you who you are today?

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Eric Kelly is currently the President of the Quantum Foundation, a private grantmaking organization based in West Palm Beach, Florida. They are the largest health funder in the county, with 100% of our grants helping organizations that work directly in our local communities. Quantum Foundation looks for exciting and innovative projects that create better engagement in health, greater access to health resources, and stronger connections for healthy communities. They aim for everyone in Palm Beach County to have the opportunity to live a healthy life, regardless of their income, education, or background.

As board chair of the Health Beginnings Systems in Palm Beach County, Kelly leads a legislatively formed delegation of community leaders in the implementation of a multi-pronged strategy to successfully reduce those infant mortality rates in Palm Beach County. As Regional Vice President of Allegany Franciscan Ministries, Kelly was the catalyst for the success of a public-private-nonprofit partnership to create a community healthcare center for a medically uninsured rural community in St.Lucie County. He has been awarded FAU’s President’s Talon Award, recognized by Palm Beach County Medical Society as a “Hero In Medicine Community Leader,” and honored by the Nonprofit Chamber of Palm Beach County and Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.

ABOUT OUR EVENT

Master Path is a quarterly Speaker Series hosted by Path to College intended for personal growth, professional development, and community impact. Join us to learn from local experts and leaders to learn more about how you can support the talent pipeline for the future of Palm Beach County!

We are Path to College; we fearlessly clear the path for overlooked students to get into the best colleges with the best scholarships. Our students apply to college at 200% over the national average, receive 100% acceptance to and enroll in 4-year universities, with 60% admissions to top-tier institutions and 50% with full-ride scholarships (others obtain 70-90% tuition coverage). Mentorship plays a foundational role in the success of our program. We believe education is the answer, and college is for everyone.

ABOUT OUR VENUE

Wood Hall is a historic event space situated in the upstairs room at Memorial Presbyterian Church. MPC’s building is over 100 years old and located in downtown West Palm Beach between the Norton Art Museum and Palm Beach Atlantic University. In 2022, Chris Wood, who was an active participant in both the church and the music community in West Palm Beach, tragically passed away from cancer. In honor of his legacy and vision to see the artists and musicians cared for in our city, the vision for Wood Hall was born. We aim to bring together the two things Chris was most passionate about: gathering community and seeing the church’s property used to bless the city.
