Karianne Gomez is VP, Manufacturing Portfolio Leader at Genpact. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and MEM McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. She is an experienced nonprofit professional with expertise in nonprofit management and administration, program evaluation, education, special events planning and management, outreach, fundraising and advocacy.

Karianne has been an active member of the Chicago nonprofit community for fifteen years, working closely with the One Million Degrees, an organization focused on accelerating community college students’ progress on career pathways to economic mobility. She was a core part of helping OMD scale and measure their impact. She also spent time leading strategy and development of products and services for members at Next Up (formerly Network of Executive Women), an organization working to advance women, particularly women of color, into senior level leadership roles across industries.

Karianne moved to South Florida four years ago, and after attending both the Shine & Dine Gala and Speed Interview night, she is excited about this opportunity to give back to the community by lending her expertise to Path to College.
