Dodlee Mosilme, College Coaching & Engagement Coordinator

Dodlee Mosilme serves as the College Coaching & Engagement Coordinator at Path to College. As a first-generation college graduate from Florida Atlantic University, he recently earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology.

As a former Path to College fellow, Dodlee understands firsthand the transformative power of mentorship, guidance, and educational opportunity. In his role, Dodlee supports students throughout the college preparation process by providing guidance on college applications,  leads and supports the College Coach team, and drives alumni engagement initiatives. He is passionate about helping young people recognize their potential and navigate higher education with confidence.

Beyond his work at Path to College, Dodlee is deeply involved in his community. He enjoys public speaking, playing the saxophone, and capturing beautiful moments through photography. He is committed to empowering the next generation and creating pathways that help students thrive both in college and beyond.
