Charlotte Gill, Director of Development

Charlotte Gill grew up in a home where service and education were held in the highest esteem: her father was a U.S. Marine, and her mother was a public high school teacher. Using her skills and talents to serve the community was never optional. After earning a B.A. in Sociology from Flagler College, she joined AmeriCorps, supporting reading and tutoring initiatives in North Florida. With family in New Orleans, she moved there in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina to teach as a TeachNOLA Fellow. Charlotte went on to complete a Master's in Nonprofit Administration at Louisiana State University Shreveport and has spent a decade leading fundraising for Palm Beach County nonprofits. At Path to College, she connects donors, partners, and community members with students who strive for excellence and refuse to accept the limits placed on them.
