Alan Saladrigas

Alan Saladrigas is a Founding Partner at South Florida Justice, a West Palm Beach law firm dedicated to criminal defense and personal injury representation. Before co-founding the firm, he spent over five years at a prominent local practice defending clients across a wide range of criminal matters, building a reputation for aggressive yet fair advocacy.

Alan's path to the courtroom reflects a truly unique blend of experience. He worked as a police officer for the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department while earning his law degree from Florida International University College of Law, giving him firsthand insight into police procedure that few attorneys can match. He went on to serve as an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit, trying more than 50 jury and non-jury trials, and later as an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor with the Office of the Attorney General, where he litigated complex organized crime cases. That combination of law enforcement, prosecutorial, and defense experience allows him to understand a case from every angle, from initial investigation through trial.

A proud native Floridian, Alan earned his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University's Harriet Wilkes Honors College. The son of Cuban American parents who immigrated to the United States at a young age, he is fluent in Spanish and deeply rooted in the South Florida community he serves. That commitment to community extends beyond the courtroom through his service as a board member of Path to College.
